Keep the drawing revision with the installed measurement chain.
Compare cell-only height with the complete base/button stack. Check the bolt circle, hole count, thread pitch and engagement, counterbores, locating pilots and cable clearance. For a retrofit, retain the original manufacturer drawing alongside the proposed revision. A photograph or a matching outer diameter cannot settle these checks.

The blank five-point CSV contains planning fields rather than measured results. A workbook cannot establish calibration uncertainty, an IP rating, fatigue life or testing-machine conformity. Request the actual serial, reference standard, procedure and complete sensor/fixture/amplifier configuration for the result you need.
